I recently stumbled upon this amazing independent movie done in 2004 called SPEAK. 

The movie was based on a award winning novel about a 13year old who decides to stop talking after being rapped by a senior student in her school. 

 Kristen Steward was the lead actress in the film. Gosh she is an awesome actress!! She totally nailed this character in the movie.

It's really sad that she was raped but she managed anyways, you can now watch the movie in Youtube=P!

A night to remember ( grandpa's bigday)

After so many days, weeks and months of planning, our hard work has finally paid off as the night was not only a success. It was marvelous!

Everything was tip toed superb, we went head over heels with decorations, cake ordering, entertainment and even the beginning where we all entered the hall had started with a BOMB!(as planned)

 Everyone was dress to kill that night. Lolz!

My grandmama and grandpapa was all dressed up looking presentable for their 300 over guests that turned up that night!

And here are the king and queens wannabe! Lol!

And I was like 'Whatever!!' cause i stole the crown for myself! hahaha!

 Our relatives from Indonesia was so awesome. They flew all the way here to Malaysia to attend the celebration.

I wore this astounding tight dress which i couldn't breath and i was wearing this pain in the ass heels but in the end of the day; it was a beautiful celebration and definitely a night to remember.

After so long...

My housemate came up to me the other day saying that my blog needs to be updated. Haha! I've been procrastinating for so long..here goes=)

What I've done for the pass few months?

Well,

My lecturer made us play this game where we have to protect OUR egg the best way we can so that when she dropped OUR egg from a reasonable height, it better not break. I have no idea what this game is for but it was fun. lolz!

I tried out a New hairstyle! The curls are temporary done by this awesome hairdresser who was touring with herbal essence team that visited my school. I shall consider doing it permanently! Hee!

Hanging out with the most awesome Jimuis! 

Modeled for my friend's photocom assignment. Posing, running and jumping under the sun at 12noon was not really a good idea but yea it was worth it being able to help out a friend..Wii!

Camy(my hsmate) taught me how to bake apple crumble pie! yumms! So i made one for mami's birthday but it dint turn out as good as Camy's pie=( i shall bake and bake until i get it right! lolz!

Independent Trip

Why do I say it's an independent trip? 

Well, my parents feel that it's the time that I should learn how to travel about in a different city.

Why Singapore?? Well, frankly, it's not only one of the safest country but they do speak the same language=) 

First timer like me, i think i should play safe and just have a relaxing holiday ALONE! Wii!

It was an early flight, and the view and the clouds were pretty amazing.

Ahh..how mother nature amazes me!

The first morning I was there, I decided to do alil window shopping in Orchard and Sommerset.

Oh gosh, this is a MUST-TRY in 313! Choco Banana & hazelnut caramelized! Yumss!!!

Took the mrt all by myself to Marina Bay=)!

It was utterly embarrassing that I got totally lost while I was in Marina Bay. I tried to take a short cut to Esplanade..but i end up walking further and further away==!

I ended up in Raffles Street! The heat was totally unbearable, so I decided to just walk back to the mrt instead.

Visited China Town! It was funny that there was an Indian Temple right in the middle of China town.

I ate Swee Kueh, which i totally have no idea what it was until that day==! One could find that in Malaysia as well, it's a very common dish. 

One sunny day,

went for a tour in RWS with my cousin and aunt!

It was pointless to get tickets to enter USS because we went there quite late in the evening.

We took the new sentosa boardwalk from the Harbour front to RWS.

It was truly very windy and everything was shaded. Thank God. Haha!

Woah!! Gigantic chocolate bar..I was in HAVEN!!! haha!

Choco Syrup! If only they came in this size.

Still underage to get into the casino. I shall try out next year!

Wii!!

It was really an amazing experience. However, traveling alone is sometimes boring. Perhaps it's better to have at least one company when one travel.

Stuff

It's been awhile since I updated. There's no good excuse for the delay except I'm being just ME( a procrastinator). I realize somethings during this semester break. That I've stopped doing the things I once was in Love doing. I stopped reading for awhile since i entered college. I stopped drawing, which was what i really love to do. I stopped playing the piano because i feel that it's a waste of my time.

During my Public Speaking class last semester, we were asked to speak about our passion. I screwed up that assignment because I totally have no idea what my passion is. Honestly, i still don't know what it is until today. My passion is alot of things, it involves a lot of people.
I start to think maybe the reason i stopped doing what i like to is because I've been so caught up about being somebody that I'm not.


I picked up my brush for the first time in 5 years. It feels good, though i may not excel in drawing. I like drawing and painting, it's like a secret hiding place for my thoughts to ward off the sad chaos that's happening in reality. 


I played a new song today, Nostalgy by Richard Clayderman. Even though I'm not talented in music, but it feels really nice being able to play such a beautiful song. 
I read a book too, the Potrait by Cynthia Freeman. It is one of my favourite books. =)

I have no idea why i'm posting this, but it's just what I feel right now..and all i feel right now. Doing the things i really like, being who i really am. I'm happy. =)

- A Lesson -

And I found to my amazement

That what they said I couldn't

I had managed anyway.

It only took three words,

'God, help me' and i rid,

myself of doubt, and all they said 

I'd never make it...I did!

My sisters and I ended up in Al Cactus for dinner.

The place was packed with people ecstatic on welcoming the new year.

 Most tables were early reserved, so others had to dine in the bar.

Eep!! luckily we got ourselves a sit =D!

It was Amazing..we could see fireworks bloom from our sits which was facing towards the sea!

After dinner, we joined Mom and Dad for dance in the club.

As expected the place was crowded!!

Adieu 2010...Bonjour 2011!! ♥

Goodbye 2010..Heloooo 2011!! =D

Well, I was thinking about what i've accomplished in the 365days of 2010. 

I decided to rate it too...

So,

The Top 5 Saddest moments of 2010 goes to:

1. Seeing my sister going through such a shattering unlucky fate. It was heartbreaking to see her this way.

And if i ever see that bastard again. I shall f**king burn his balls. 

2. Being back stabbed by someone that I thought was innocent. Foolish enough to be generous and dumb enough to be conned. ( ignorance is bliss)

3. Very very unfortunate to live in a home which was HAUNTED! and had to move 5times in less than 9 months! GAHHH!!!

4. Terrible misunderstandings ran wild during the whole freaking year! ( hoping it would've subside this year T.T )

5. ALL of the above depressing moments!!!

The Top 5 most happiest moments of 2010:

1.♥ The joy of learning and accomplishing new experiences and tasks is indescribable.

2.♥ Obtained a scholarship for my education in KDU University College. Which is a really big deal for me because I've never really did well in my studies all this years.

3.♥ Able to celebrate CNY with my Greatgrandma, my grandparents and cousins.

4.♥ Meeting new people with their amazing stories to share. =)

5.♥ Welcoming the year 2011 with the people that i Love!

Hope this new year would bring much more pleasant moments rather than unpleasant ones. May God bless me and all the rest =D! Happy New Year peeps!

Christmas

Christmas in Malaysia is not as spirited as in other country perhaps.

Well, it doesn't snow here. 

This year's Christmas celebration was rather plain and subtle in my grandmaMa's house with them cousins.

 

 

 *Ignore the improper clothing i'm wearing.* The cousins and sister were eager to open their gifts.

And so we broke the rule this once and tore the gift wrappers when the clock strikes 12! ha!

So i took the honor of being Santarina this year. Awfully dressed Santarina. Gahhh!!!

Tadaaa~ our decorated mini Christmas tree surrounded with gifts! Wiii~~

Mom and Daddy was so eager to get hold of their gifts..they peep in our gift bags when I was busy doing something else! Haha!

Anyways, this is the way i celebrate my christmas. Not in snow, not in expensive dress and amazing christmas deco..but with the people that truly matters to me!
