KimChi is a traditional Korean dish.
It's mainly fermented vegetables..but there are also some that are in un-fermented form.

This time...Its about my Kimchi experience!
I cooked KimChi fried rice for lunch =)! wuhoo!
How to cook?
Simple
1# Chop up some Garlic.
2# Sliced some mushrooms and marinate it with a pinch of pepper, soy sauce and corn flour.
3# Fry the garlic and mushrooms until there's a nice aroma.
4# Pour in the rice, and then put in the KimChi ( costs rm8.90 in cold storage)
5# mix well, and some soy sauce if not much taste.
And
Voila! Ready to be served! ♥

It's low in calories therefore it's good to eat if you're trying to lose weight!And it taste YUMMY! ♥
